Swimming and Vasovagal Syncope - Dysautonomia (Neurocardiogenic Syncope)

I´d like to hear experiences with Swimming and Vasovagal Syncope... Im having difficulty breathing while in the water ... all I can do is 1 lap free style and Im out of breath !!!! sometimes dizzy or a headache ...

Why is this happennig ? ... Any suggestions?
