I bought a Pyrex 1-cup measuring cup at the grocery store today.  Of course, it came with one of those nasty adhesive labels.

I thought it was the perfect time to try out a tip I had read on the Internet.  It said to use a medical adhesive tape remover pad.  I soaked the cup in some soapy water first.  The adhesive tape remover pad worked!  Even on the spots where it hadn't been in the soap and water.  Some scrubbing was needed but very little.  If you want I can PM you the specific brand I used that was recommended on the Internet.

Anyone else have any other tips they would like to share.
