Artist, I did "other" because I do have positive bloodwork but I don't clinically present with all the symptoms of SJS so......they aren't committing to anything except "arthralgias".
Dx#1:  dx changed to Sicca Syndrome + UCTD (how wonderful)
Dx#2:  Osteoarthritis and high cholesterol
Meds:  my golden retrievers, my doodle, otc tylenol, ibuprofen, mobic, vitamins, omegas, oral pilocarpine, liguid chondroiten/glucosamine with

This is really interesting. Thanks for postings.

It's a relief to see I'm not alone in the "negative blood work and doc says no Sjogrens DX but gives you meds for Sjogrens" group!

I had a positive ANA 1:160 speckled pattern and a positive lip biopsy with mild-moderate infiltration of the salivary glands.  My SSA/SSB were negative as were all other markers/bloods.

Thanks God for the pos. lip biospy as I would never have gotten the dx altho I had all the symptoms.  Here in the UK at least where I live (Wales) I find the GP's and Consultants (altho have not seen a Rheumatologist in 2 yrs) quite dismissive and lacking in knowledge...not impressed one bit by the NHS!!!

How do I "view results"?? I clicked on it and nothing happened.
Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Salicylate Sensitivity,  Interstitial Cystitis,  gluten intolerance, Raynaud's, Sjogren's, A-fib; cytomegalovirus, mycoplasma,  recovered from Lyme disease

If you vote you should see the results... Idk other than that :(

As far as I know my only positive blood work is the ANA.  I will ask for a copy next time I see the rheumy.  She remarked on how dry my mouth and eyes were the very first time she saw me.  It was "normal" for me.  My skin is dry and I have joint/muscle pain most of the time.

Other: Positive ANA and SSA ro and positive lip biopsy.
