pain doc changed muscle relaxer...baclofen

Anybody taking this??? Any thoughts on it? Pros- cons???

I have never taken it but when I was working as a nurse I patients on it with good results. Some of them were MS patients who had muscle spasms that were downright ugly and it helped them. HOpe it works for you. Irish

I just started taking this two weeks ago. It helps some.. Better than the past stuff. My back is still hurting, but i am able to walk.. I have spondylioarthritis and it is hurting my lower back and hips real bad.. I did get good sleep the first 5 days. But now it is causing me to have trouble going to sleep.. Have you started it?
