Hi Irish and angels,

Phew, a good night!  No acting out dreams.

And this morning I feel normal, as good as that gets anyway.

After an 'episode' I feel very tired but also very 'floaty and disconnected'. And the feeling lasts all day.

Probably just the sleep disruption.

I was asleep before 10 last night, and slept until 8 am.  I definitely get enough sleep.

Seeing my primary care family practice MD Thursday morning.

And so it goes......

I have never been able to sleep during the day unless I'm really sick, unfortunately.

I know naps are good for me, but I just can't do them.

Also, I'm a sero negative gal......no AI conditions on record.   Well, IC, but it doesn't have a blood test and doesn't register with most physicians I've found, even tho' I have it and it was diagnosed with a cystoscopy.

I'll be glad when the bedrail comes and I don't have the pillows and cushions all over the floor.

If it were a consistent problem I would wonder if one of my medications had come contaminated or altered in some way.

I suppose it could even just be some of the pills and capsules and not others.

Detective work is really hard when you have lots of Rxs and supplements.

I hate to go into all the supplements with a general MD, things like Alpha Lipoic and D-Mannose, DHEA and N-Acetyl Cystine...and so on.

But of course I could stop everything and see what happens.

sigh.

Well, I will keep you posted.  And course I'm willing to do whatever I can to figure this out.

HUGS
