Sleepy In Seattle

Based on a quick web search, it looks like Passion Flower doesn't stimulate the immune system, so it might be okay. I take Valerian - mostly t helps you sleep, so I'd take it at night. My experience is that it works pretty well, but takes about a week to start really working. It does help me sleep.

Beyond that, i don't know - and I am not a doctor.

I grow and tincture my own valerian and have for years.

It is what" valium" ( mothers little helper) is derived from.

In it's full form the root is thought to reduce anxiety and work as a sedative. I use it when I have sleep issues and have found it very helpful. The white flowers which bloom early July here are lovely with a very heady aroma.
