Sjogrens, UCTD, and subacute cutaneous lupus. Flu-like symptoms, mouth & nasal ulcers, itchy rash, high cholesterol, headache, earache, tinnitis, dizziness. Hangover-like nausea, especially in the a.m.
Plaquenil, Atabrine, DHEA, Aleve, Evoxac, Allegra/Benedryl, esomeprazole.

I'm glad he mentioned that sicca symptoms can be caused by other things than Sjogren's, but Sjogren's itself can cause severe complications - he made it seem like if there's more going on than dry eyes and dry mouth, there is another disease process going on. I don't have RA but I do have severe joint pain and swelling caused by Sjogren's. Fibromyalgia may account for some of my muscular pain, but it doesn't (as far as I know!) cause joint swelling! Of course, some rheumatologists might tell me I have a lupus overlap because of my symptoms, but honestly, I think Sjogren's can be more severe than some in the medical community think.
SLE and SjS with PN. ANA >1:1280 speckled,
SS-A >8.0, RF positive. Botox for migraines, Clonazepam, Zoloft, Imitrex for migraines, CellCept 1000 mg, Plaquenil 200 mg, Restasis, Zofran for nausea, Gabapentin, Evoxac and Norco for pain.

Riboflavin maybe? It's a type of B vitamin. (B2 I think...?)

He mentions curcumin for pain relief... I am a big fan of that!!
