Just wondering if anybody has tried this natural product for Anti-inflammatory.  It contains alot of natural herbs to prevent the body from becoming inflammed.

Not sure if I should try it or not?

I take it every day and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

I started off with Tumeric capsules, but I think the Zyflamend works better. Everybody responds differently to things, so no guarantees - but it helps me a lot. I didn't really notice that big a difference at first - but I'd been on it about a month, and then ran out for about 2 weeks - and was much achier, especially in my hands, which were always chronically painful. Went back on the Zyflamend and the aches faded away (not completely, but 85% better, I'd say).

If I feel a flare-up coming on, I double my dosage for a few days, and also take ibuprofen - together, they make me feel a lot better.

It's certainly not a cure, and probably not as effective as NSAIDs, but it's made of food and has no side effects, so long-term, I prefer it to taking so many NSAIDs all the time.

It's expensive in the stores, but you can find good deals online.

Becareful with all herbs, they may not mix with your drugs. Please ask your doctor.  Anything to help is good, but any bad mix is worst. Goodluck

Oh yeah...for sure - I should have said be sure to bring the bottle in to your doc before you take it and make sure it's okay. Mine had no problem with it, but every doc is different, and of course it depends on what meds you are taking.

The capsules come in different dosages - I take either 2 of the big ones (4 on bad days) or 6 of the little ones, which is what they recommend on the bottle.
