I know this company is working on a lozenge in Phase 2 clinical trials (interferon) to improve saliva production but currently they have a dietary supplement that claims to help with saliva and tears.  You can order it from one of the retailers in Texas.  The interferon product seems very promising and may be approved sooner than later!!
