I try to always stick with .org and .edu sites as they are usually pretty reliable.  At the very bottom of this page, it says that snotty lymph nodes are likely viral in nature.  Stay calm and keep breathing.  It's probably just that - viral.

It sounds like snotty is more applicable than shotty anyway!  (I was thinking I liked snotty better from the beginning of the thread...)

It is not uncommon for sjogrens patients to have some enlarged lymph nodes here and there. Sjogrens is a disease that is anti-inflammatory in nature and the body kicks out more white cells than is normally needed and they have to go somewhere.

You have one of those weird things that happens when there are doctors orders, doctors leaving, new doctors, different labs, confusion reigns many times in the medical field. Do not worry obsessively until the doctors tell you to worry.

And yes, these darn medical records that are sent to patients can cause big time problems. The medical field is a whole different language and that language can even vary from one hospital to another. I think it is terrible when they mail the reports out and make a person sit and wait for the explaination.

Every single lab report/x-ray, etc can make you think that there is something terribly wrong with you and generally you are normal. irish

Thanks for the reply Irish, I really value your opinon..    You always have such good advice when you post.   

My mother-in-law's response was don't worry about it as its probably just from your Sjogrens.  My husbands response was now what???

I know the ENT felt some enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and she just said to let her know if they got any larger. 

I'm just going to have to learn to take it one day at a time, I suppose.
