I had my very first dental cleaning this morning with NOTHING to talk about.  Very little plaque and no suspicious looking places.  The hygienist and dentist concurred - keep on doing whatever I've been doing!  It's a happy day today!

I've been following the protocol of DryRDH (from another list).  I use an electric toothbrush, floss, handheld WaterPik, and the PBF version of Biotene toothpaste and mouthwash.  Each week, I use my tooth-whitening trays filled with either Prevident 5000 or MI Paste, alternately, for about an hour (while I sit at the computer). I always swish or brush after eating anything sweet.

I sure hope this continues.  I've had numerous gumline cavities and a molar extracted last year. I figured I'd go all out with tooth care and try to save all my remaining teeth forever.
