I woke up today with what I figured out was a mucocele on the inside of my lower lip.  I had one last week too and times before.  They don't hurt, don't look big but feel big and get annoying when I eat or drink. Its odd to me that gland always on 1 side of my mouth & throat swell up and/or get painful. I guess its just a matter of time until the other side is effected?

I read that a few people here had them from time to time and popped them.  So I popped it. I think. It went down in size anyway.

Not sure if it was the best thing to do to pop it. But still doesn't hurt and not as annoying.
