I use the same things as nohealani. Cocobutter and shea is what works best for me.

Great topic who doesn't have skin issues with sjogrens? Like most of us I have real sensitive skin. I have found that the best products for me are KISS MY FACE brand. I use both their olive oil soap which doesn't dry my skin and their body lotion all over including my face. I get it online in a 1 gallon jug to cut the expense and I usually purchase 12 bars of soap that way I only have to order once a year. The ingredients are all organic and healthy for the whole body.
