Dry bloody peeling lips

My lips feel okay, however, when I had to open my mouth for the dentist, I could hear my lips stretching. It was wierd, but thankfully, they didn't split.

I have had very dry cracked lips for a few years. I just went to the dermatologist last Friday and I complained about my lips. The Dr. said one spot is from sun damage. She froze the spot and I am waiting to see if it heals completely.
Since we are very sensitive to the sun don't forget to protect your lips. She recommended I use Vanicream lip protection.

Oh my Katy, now that is something!  I've not heard my lips "stretching", but I can imagine how odd that must have felt like!
