Do introduce yourselves in the social Hour/Welcome Members.

It's hard to find yourself here at first.

Remember, we're all different, so take what you need and leave the rest.

We don't all have the same symptoms or conditions or approaches, that's for sure.

This is a great place to be heard and supported and informed and pointed in possible directions.

I figured out your name 'nana' when I was typing it out  At first I though t it was something Asian/Indian and exotic!

And yes Rosie, Dr. Mitchell is amazing, which is why she was chosen to work with the very best of the best at Duke.

She's still young and new and hasn't become burnt out yet.  Let's hope she never does.

keep us posted on your doings.

Put your DXs (diagnoses) and Rxs and other coping methods in your signature byline.

Hugs
