Hi Lori - I started on Enbrel about the same time and I agree with your comments about the dryness!   My eyes feel almost normal and I even put on some mascara.  Can't comment bout the periods though as the MTX already made them haywire and I think at 51 I must be in menopause too.

Hope you continue to do well on Humira  xx Ailsa

Its strange you say that because when I get the Rituxan infusions, it really messes up my hormones since Im on HRT..I get terrible migraines, sweats, etc..like its getting
rid of all my estrogen or something? uhmmmmm wondering about that???

glad your feeling less dry......yipeeeeee

I am on MTX... and what i noticed about that med is tha it made my periods heavier tna before- although i was completely regular on it- maybe adding humira to the mix amkes the mtx act differtnly??? who knows... im 43 so it is possible perimenopause can do its thing!!! i feel very ready to start so maybe its just an adjustment to the new med this month....

as you said earlier post Alisa, we arre twins.. both sjogrens in 2009 and RA in 2010 and began our meds about same time!!!

and there was a mention about masacra... i can wear eyeliner if its clinique and i stick with black... there is some funky dye especially in the violet and blue ones that burn. also physicans formula is do- able too. for whatever thats worth!!!
