Hi boys and girls,

I'm brazilian and I've lived with Sjogren for 2 years right now.
I'm sorry for my english. I hope you understand me. I didn't find any brasilian forum dedicated to Sjogren.

Sjogren's diagnosed in 2009 after a vasculitis episode (on legs) - ANA,SSA,SSB positive;
Tireoide Antibodies positive - hormones via oral (25mg)
Eyes herpes in 2010 ;
Irritable bowel since 2009 - no more! after depression control.

More details about me:

I'm 31. I'm brazilian but I've lived in Milan for 7 years. I'm here for love (my husband is italian and I known him in a chat ICQ ::)
Now, my italian is better than my english and my portuguese... :o
All my family is in Brazil and I miss them very very much. To be sick in this situation is terrible...I'd like to have my mom some times :(

Welcome! You will find a lot of information on this forum. Check out the search function for threads that interest you. Some of us have posted what we are taking in our signature. Since I can't take plaq or MTX currently, I use alternatives.

Sjogren's World is a worldwide community with members from around the globe.  Both female and male, young, older and everything in between.   :D

Do you take any products to help with your Sjogren's?  Many of us use eye drops, and various products for our dry mouth, etc.

I live away from my family too - it does make it hard.

I hope you find this site helpful to you in your Sjogren's journey.
