Plaquenil Question? another

Hey All,

One more question about Plaquenil?  Has anyone lost weight using this medication. I've been on it for 5 weeks, and I've lost 13 pound so far. Not bad, considering I'd like to lose another 20 or so... I was just wondering?

I lost a few.  I didn't really have but 5 to lose and I lost just about that, maybe a little more.  I had no appetite for awhile.  I know others may have a different story.

I would love it if Plaquenil had caused me to lose weight - but it didn't - not one ounce. I think any significant weight loss should be reported to a doctor. I'll be interested in other answers though.

I have been on Plaquenil for 4 monthes.  I lost my appetite at first but it is back now

Hey all

         I've been on the Plaquenil for about 4 months and I have put on some weight, but I'm pretty sure it because my saliva production has greatly improved and I can enjoy food again. All in all it has done wonders for me and I am thankful for it and hope it continues to work wonders for me and others.
