Hi. I'm a premi-newbie! Been an active member for about two minutes, and I cannot wait to explore this site! Having been recently diagnosed via blood test with Sjogrens, I'm entering a brand new world.  It's good to know I'm not alone. Happier New Year, everybody.  Best, Peggy :)

Hi Peggy

Welcome to the gang! You'll soon find out that this is a really nice community to be part of.

I'm intrigued about your user name - you surely can't be 93?

Oh but I YAM....  no, just feel like it sometimes!  :D  My address begins with 1917, and it's easy for me to remember!
Thanks so much for the welcome, Katybarstool! I've read several posts, and I'm glad to know there are others who sometimes feel 93, even though they're not!!
I'll get used to the protocol in next to no time, I hope, and look forward to being part of this special community!
Thanks again, Peggy

Hi Peggy - welcome to Sjogren's World.

There is a wealth of information here on this site.  If there is a specific topic or subject you are interested in, if you type in those words in the search box in the top left of this page it will take you to previous threads about that topic.

We have membership from around the globe . . . both women and men, young and old and everywhere in-between.   :D

When you come here, rest assured that we understand the trials and frustrations of dealing with Sjogren's.  We "get it".  This forum is designed to be a resource of helpful information, insights and friendship for each of us to use on our Sjogren's Journey . . as we are all traveling this road together.

Just remember to blink your eyes every now and then as you sit here and read and read . . . they can get really dry from staring at the computer.   ;)

Hi Peggy,

This is THE best site for support, encouragement, & knowledge. I'm glad you've found it. I know I was glad to find it a couple of months ago.

I'm not glad you have SJS, but am glad you have a diagnosis. That goes a long way in getting the treatment you need.

Search this site, post your questions. There are so many caring, helpful, knowledgeable folks here. They've sure helped me!

Blessings,
Joy
