Hi everyone,

Lately I have been getting a very annoying pain in my pelvis-hips as usual.
This might be something chronical.
Now it has spread to my lower back and my upper back- to my shoulders.
It's a kind of burning pain-stabbing.
I do have scoliosis but it's hard to place this.
Does anyone get annoying pain like this?

It starts to get very unbareable especially if I have sat for too long or stand up too long.
I know I should go visit my Orthopedist but I currently have a lot of  appointments already.

Shani~

I read your thread and went omg that's me! Not sure if it's the same,  but sure sounds like it. My GP said it was sacroilliac joint dysfunction. My hubby told me that my shoulders hurting might be from the way I have to sit, stand, walk and move now to compensate for the pain in my back and pelvic area! Don't tell him I said so, but I think he may be right;)

Im going to PT on the 20th. I will let ya know what they say!:)

Hope it feels better soon!

Ohh Sha, you're a sweetie!
Thank you, look forward to hearing what he said. :)

I am glad I'm not the only one with this.

Hugs to you!

Shani~ This is a link to sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Read it and see if it sounds the same as your symptoms. My pain is achy in nature and has shots of pain that also make my back and pelvic region feel numb and have vibrations and cramping. At first my GP thought it was lingering pain from a kidney stone I just recently passed but the pain continued too long so she checked me again and told me of the SIJD dx.

Sha~who hopes you get to the bottom of it! Keep me posted:)

I have a sore lower back right now. At the job I work at I sit all day and what with overtime (working 10-12 hr days) I have not gotten the exercise I should.

Mine is just a dull ache sitting or standing BUT the inbetween part and my back muscles clench up like a very tight rubber band. I have to lean on something for a minute or two to get it unclenched. Ow Ow.  Even getting dress was a hard.   Dr has me on a muscle relaxer and a hydrocone/tylenol med and said rest the back.  No lifting!
I was laying down pretty much all day Friday. Today it is better as it doesn't clench as bad. :-\

But durn we are getting snow here in Eastern Iowa. If we get too much I might need to get a ride to work as I don't want to take a chance shoveling and clench it up again. Heck even if they closed all the schools here due to snow - I would still be expected to come into work.  >:(

Shani

Aww, sorry Pisces!
It must be really annoying, especially when working 10-12 hours!
I'll send some sunshine over there, we gladly have no snow anymore here.

Thank you for the link Sha.
Definitely possible that I have that, wil need to ask my Gp next time.
