I wish I could eat fruits. I have candida really bad. No grains over here for now. I eat quinoa, but only limited amounts. I am eating more vegetables, but still have the big C.

Miralax just dried me out while giving me horrible stomach cramping.

I take a lot of magnesium but I really wish I could find a REAL solution.

I take Miralax once a day. I have for about 3 years. I feel lousy without it. I have to keep things moving right along. My gastro said it will not hurt you. My GP put me on Magnesium.

Skylar thanks. I've done many of the same things for two years -- eat only OVOO or othe olive oils, lots of veggies and fruit, gulten free, dairy free, very little corn or soy (though recently been eating some GF muffins from Trader Joe's that have soy), very low sugar (occasionally add a little brown sugar to my oatmeal), very little processed food (other than say a brown rice rice cake which is just pressed rice).

I have to eat meat at I have autoimmune anemia. I take a supplement, but always better to get nutrients from food. We but grass fed beef from a local farmer. I make my own GF breads (love my bread maker and counter top convection oven) and most foods from scratch. Going out to eat is a pain, but we've found places where I can find things.

My problem is that I had many stomach issues including H Pylori and I won't know till I have follow up endoscopy this summer whether the gastritis and intestinal metaplaysia are from the infection or from the SjS. I've been on a PPI which I detest for the side effects, but can't get off of it. Hoping to find a new GI to help with all this.

Thanks for the info. I'm always wondering if there is something else I can tweak.
