Really worried about Navydad, it has really been a long time.  Does anyone know how to get in touch with him?
Sending prayers heaven bound for him

Sometimes you just need a break, even from Sjogren's World Forum.

Cricket, don't know if you read my post a couple of nights ago,

I PMd Navydad, but no reply came back.

It is worrying, I often take time off the boards but if I were to get a PM i would reply soon as!

Hi last posting was that sometimes he could run in front of a bus with his complaints!

I'm in the UK , so dont know if anyone knew him personally, but he is causing concern..
Hopefully he has managed to get away on a break somewhere,or other similar situ.

I am finding this kind of concerning too.
Navydad is a very active forumer.
But I haven't seen him around nor have heard of him for a while now.
Hopefully he'll be around soon.
Miss you Navydad!

Does anyone know his real name?  If so, you could try to Google his name and maybe find an email or phone number.

I think we (people on the forum) might think carefully before trying to find out his "real name" and google him for a phone number.  This could be seen as invasion of privacy by some people.  Either the poster or members of the family.

Obviously he cannot, or does not want to post right now.  We have to accept that.  I am also concerned as navydad regularly does post and it is very odd that he just dropped off the board.  We must protect his privacy though.  If he is ill, he will come back as soon as he can.  He would know even if he can't read this that we'd be worried about him.  Whatever his circumstance, there is nothing we can do for him except prayers or good thoughts.  Lucy

I have to agree with Lucy. We shouldn't violate his privacy. We just have to wait and pray. NavyDad has written before that he was going to stop posting. That may be all it is. His computer may need be fixed.
I miss the good old days. Things were more like they used to be back then.

I'm sorry.  When I posted,  I wasn't thinking that it would be an invasion of his privacy, but you're right.  It was just a suggestion if someone really wanted to get in touch with him.

Cricket

Yes it would be an invasion of his privacy, but I was thinking maybe he already had that kind of relationship with someone on the board.  Well all we can do is keep an eye open for him and keep him in our prayers.  Cricket

As I read Cricket's post, it occcurred to me that perhaps a person, or maybe several people have contact with Navyday.  It's certainly possible and they are under no obligation to broadcast it, especially if ND wanted it left alone.

I'll just wait for Navydad's return and lets hope it's soon.  Lucy
