Does anyone else have those days where brain fog is really bad, and you are aware of it, but all of your coworkers are treating you like you're just being stupid?  Not feeling well is bad enough, and then compounded with everyone around you treating you like you have no education makes for a really tough day.  It would be comforting to know someone else out there has these kind of days.

I've been feeling like that this week.  I just can't find the words for anything and look dumb every time I talk because any conversation is interruped with my saying "whats the word for it"

How about when your 4 yr old grandson starts filling in the missing words? ;D

Yeah, I have a "helpful" 8 year old daughter who plays "fill in the blank" with me...

Or the "Where'd you see Mommy put that item?" game, hoping she'll remember.

And the "Oh yes, honey, of course I remembered you needed 3 dozen cupcakes by 6:30am tomorrow (at bedtime the prior evening)"....

That is exactly how I feel, too.  Sometimes I wonder if they think I am losing it.  I just pray none of my coworkers really notice.  Unfortunately, they probably do.
