I still seem to have some remnants of some stubborn cold w/ mild bronchitis from this summer. Lasted about 3-4 weeks and was getting me down. My doctor put me on an antibiotic, but then I got bad diarrhea and had to stop the antibiotic abruptly. AFter a big delay, I've been better with occasional congestion.

I recall a doctor once told me she liked Zicam. I do like to try natural things.  I heard Zicam (without zinc) was good. Ok, so I tried it. I got the Zicam cold remedy tablets and Nicam cold remedy Nasal Spray, again, both without zinc. I do sometimes take cold eeze tablets that have zinc in them.

To my surprise, I did feel a little better on those days.  I would have a little congestion and zap it with these products.
IDK. Has anyone used this before?

I'm also liking tea with lots of fresh lemon and fresh ginger. Extremely soothing.

I'm fighting this crxp with all I got!  ;)

I'm trying to keep an open mind. :)

I like Zicam too. I like tea too come to think of it.
I miss the good old days. Things were more like they used to be back then.

My last experience with Zicam will remain my LAST.

I used the gel you put in your nose and it burned for about 24 hours. It was very painful.

Now that I know I'm sensitive to salicylates, I would imagine that is why I reacted so severely.

I do hope it works for you and that you feel better SOON!

The spray I bought didn't have salicylates in it.
It's frustrating when we have to experiment so much.
