Good grief, I missed seeing the new last night, and woke up to seeing snow on the ground!

Enough to cover all the grass, my deck, and everything in a layer of white.

Hang in there Ohiocat, and I hope that it will disappear soon, like this afternoon (it's raining over here, ugh)!

Awwwww Ohiocat, a little bit of the white stuff eh?  How long have you lived in Ohio?   I lived there for 34 years and nothing surprised me - no matter what the calendar says!!   ::)

My brother lives in the Columbus area and he was surprised to find 3 inches of snow this morning when he woke up!   :o  Columbus usually lucks out and doesn't get much snow when Northeast Ohio does.

At least the snow won't last long . . . that's good news!!   ;D

i have lived in Ohio all my life and i know not to trust the weather   (still have the snow shovel in the trunk of the car and always have container of sand in there too -  don't bother to even take that out of the car!)

Had not put away my winter gloves, hats or coat either.  Unlike some of the news people on this morning program that said they could not find their gloves.

It was just that i really needed it to be spring this year.  Had gotten very very tired of all the snow that we had.

And having missing the news last night, it was quite a surprise.   It was just raining when I went to bed.

This evening most of it (but not all of it) is melted.    Maybe some day it will really be spring!

My sister lives in Huntsville, AL and they had snow this week as well.  Meanwhile, here in FL it's been mostly beautiful with warm temps and lovely but rare low humidity.   Unfortunately, our spring doesn't last long and we'll have summer temps soon enough and for long enough...I'm SO not looking forward to that!
