whilst i have a washdown (with help) dad cant go near my wigglys because you cant get them wet , so is there anything to cover it thats waterproof, because cling film or plastic bag wont work, will it, over my body  ???

Also when i have to wash my hair i have to lean over the sink and my back gets bad and achy, my sister  is going to get dry shampoo to try out, is there anything else for advice?

Two very annoying problems, and I'm sure you'll get tons of suggestions!

Cling film or plastic wrap (even a piece from a plastic bag) will not stick to the skin, but a large piece, placed over the wiggly site and several centimeters on all sides, then taped down completely around the edges, should keep it dry during your washdown.

If you have a countertop beside the sink thats long enough, can you climb up on it and lay on your back with your head over the sink? Another option could be to pull a table up to the sink and lay on that.

Hi Elise  :)

I used to lay my kids on the ironing board up at the sink to wash their hair. Depends on size though!  Linda's suggestion using tape sounds good. One more thing to pull off though!  :-\

Take care - Scottie  :)

I used cling film, lots of it, I wrapped around my body a couple of times and tried not to drench the area.
