Okay, I am a male (19) and I had an onset of chronic dry eyes starting last year. I also have dry mouth and am very fatigued. I had bloodwork done for sjogrens but it came up negative, so should I have the lip biopsy or what?

It's quite possible that you are one of lucky ones and don't have Sjogren's.  However, it doesn't mean you still don't have it.  Having a lip biopsy is a personal decision that only you will have to make.  Until then try "preservative free" eye drops, and Biotene* mouth products such as toothpaste, mouthwash, mouth gel or any of their products.  We Sjoggies pretty much live by them, along with our meds.

*I have no personal interest in Biotene products other than using them.

You may be in the same boat as me - I had dry eyes, 2 lip biopsies and many blood tests - I do not have sjogrens - but have dry eyes and dry mouth -

For sanity sakes you may want to do the biopsy - just remember - sometimes they come back inconclusive - like my first one - and you go back for another - your lip will be a mess for about 3 -4 days, so plan
on hiding out for a few -

Thank you so much everyone! I pray that I don't have Sjogrens! I'm so worried about it! It's consuming every minute of my thoughts! I would literally give anything not to have the problems I do!

You also sound like you should see a pschychologist very soon too - you may have a very high amount of anxiety that could be aggravating the symtpoms - for example dry mouth - I am convinced for me it is anxiety or OCD related - I am currently seeing one - and the breathing exercises help -

Also try not to spend your day googling for answers - for every right one - you'll be steared to 99 wrong ones - trust me - I work on a computer all day and I do the same thing
