I was wondering if anyone here, in addition to meds, take supplements?  I'm thinking of trying D-Ribose.  Has anyone had any luck with this particular supplement?   I cleaned and mopped my bathrooms today and now I feel so completely wrung out.  I've been on Plaquenil for the last couple of weeks.  No improvement yet.  Has anyone had great results with plaquenil?  Thanks for any advice.   ;D

I've never tried D-ribose, but I have read that it has been beneficial for treating fatigue in fibromyalgia and CFS, so it may he helpful for SjS fatigue as well.

Plaquenil can take up to six months to show effect, and the change may be gradual, but most people do find some improvement. My personal experience after nearly 6 years of Plaquenil is an overall improvement in the way I feel, but nothing as dramatic as a daily or even monthly improvement. I know I feel better now than I did a year ago, and last year, I felt better than the year before that.

I've not heard of D-Ribose.
Have received great relief & improvement using Ambrotose Complex to the point of not having to quit working.
