Just a Reminder--------

Hi Everyone,
I know I posted this under Meds and Treatment, but I just want to make sure you all remember to get your flu shots. 

Some of you may already have had them, but it's important for us to get them.  Also those of you who haven't had the pneumonia shot, please ask your doctor about it.  This one only has to be done about every 5 or 10 yrs.  I have to ask about mine because my last one was in 2004. 

Please take care of yourselves, it's going to be a long winter and I don't want any of you sick.

Nice call Pooh,

We havejust been through i horrid winter down here in the southern hemisphere. The flu seems to be getting bigger and nastier ever year. You northerners need to take care of yourselves and be prepared.

I'm in the process right now of seeing if they will do them again at work this year...if not I have to find someplace else to get one done! Thanks again for the reminder pooh....flu and pneumonia shots are very important for those of us here with "weird" immune systems!

Cant get it,, I was told that since they THINK I have a immune deficiency,, do not get any flu shots,,, ok,, i;ll just get the flu,, LOL,, what a paradox
