Avatar Pictures

Hi All I would love to put a picture of me and my family up as my avatar.  How do you do that?  I am a technophobe, so PLEASE baby steps with directions!!!!!

Also Lauren (Wordnerd) sent me the following.  She's real brilliant and young and makes all this computer stuff look easy.

Ok here's how you do the picture thing.  Click on your profile button to view your profile.  There should be a left hand menu bar.  Click on "Profile Forum Information".  There you can choose one of the forum's pics or put your own.  But if you want to put your own you have to upload it elsewhere online first.  I use photobucket.

Photobucket will walk you through the process of uploading a picture from your computer and it is completely free.

If I can do it anyone can!

Thanks!  I am going to try.  I wonder if pictures on Snapfish will work?  I guess I will only know if I try.  Wish me luck!!!!

Okay, so I couldn't get my own picture up, but who doesn't like Bob Marley.  He is so calming and easy to listen to.  I will continue to try to put a picture up of my family.
