It has been brought to the attention of the moderators and staff that the use of bright colors for full text in posted threads is causing difficulty for quite a few members. 

Coming upon a text in a bright color causes quite a bit of discomfit and in some instances pain for a good many of us.  It's like walking out into the bright sunlight without eye protection. 

Could we all please limit the use of bright colors to accenting our text or for special greetings and congratulations.  That way it won't be such a shock to the eyes.  This is by no means a ban on the use of colors, just a request that they not be used for the full text of a reply. 

We don't want to deny anyone their desire to be individual, but we do want everyone to be comfortable.  So please use color with a thought to others.
