Hi all, woke up early today, had been feeling pretty good but knew it would be short lived.
We've had a 4 day weekend here, sunny pretty much all the time. It's a real problem for me.
Woke up today with a miserable headache, face ache, sinius ache. My eyes feel like they will explode. Just want to sleep and can't lay my head down. So tired. Feel dehydrated even though I drink non-stop. My jaws and teeth ache from clinching or muscle tightening.Gosh it's hard to shake this off sometimes. Can't go to my gp as he is useless. Found out Friday my appointment that was made months ago is cancelled, he's cutting back his hours to 10 per week, that's for 2,500 patients so I guess i can forget about any help from him. And I can't even get on a waiting list for another gp because technically i already have one. Boy our healthcare is a joke. thanks for the rant, hope you all are doing ok, have a good one, Sandra

What country do you live in that they will not allow you to find another GP when yours is Retired.

Joe, I bet she is in Canada - July 1st was Canada Day. The question is which province?
