Curious if your flares are always the same

I'm just curious if there are others like me. My flares are always different and they seem to follow one after another so I'm always in some kind of flare. It's like there's never a break when I just simply feel good. They aren't in any particular order but they come often enough that, after all these years, I realize that they always return.

One is severe dry eye, mouth and sinus. It starts suddenly, grows worse, then fades away after about two weeks. Won't bother me again for a couple months.

Another is a terrible headache.  I've been checked out and they don't know what causes it, so I guess it's a flare too.  Again, starts suddenly, lasts about a week then disappears. They are rather disabilitating. Comes about every three months.

My stomach and gut are another.  Suddenly, everything I eat hurts my stomach and my IBS goes on alert. Lasts  about three weeks.

And the last recognizable flare is trembling in my hands and weak legs. This seems to happen when I overdo it. It lasts about a week before just disappearing.

I am grateful they seem to rotate and don't hit all at once!  I'm just curious how flares hit others.

That is so interesting. I had never paid any attention to these things. Now I will have something to heck out. I will have times when I feel pretty good.....like almost normal but never really up to par, I used to tell my hubby this at times and he always said to watch what I was saying as something bad was on the way. He was always right. Be ever so interesting what other say as I really can't say for sure.

It is true though that one thing after another seems to come along. I think that is one of the blessings of autoimmune. We get a little reprieve and don't have the same "owie" all the time.

Hope you are doing as well as can be expected and looking forward to the summer. Meirish
