To the articles credit, I have done better with oral symptoms while on Rituximab (Anti CD-20 Mab). 

More interestingly, the article has been updated for Iscalimab (the new Anti CD-40 Mab being developed by Novartis that has the communities interest for many reasons).

Interestingly, this study is evaluating two distinct Sjogrens patient populations:  High and Low systemic disease groups.  It is refreshing to see studies now being opened to consider including many of us that do not fit squarely into the box known as the AECG Sjogrens diagnosing criteria.

I'll also add for the record that Abatacept has helped resolve some serious salivary gland issues I was having.
If anybody finds a similar article like this one on lacrimal gland disease (SS dry eye) I would be grateful!

That had a lot of good info in it. About time they started getting more sjogrens oriented...I swear Sjogrens has just about every autoimmune symptom in the book. Getting some good help for the eyes would be great. Thanks. irish
