Topical treatment for nerve pain?

Thanks Irish this is helpful insight about tendons. I walk about a mile every morning and occasionally do chair exercises -- I found someone online who did videos for PBS, they are terrific. I don't have the energy for much more and have had to slow down, it's sooooo not me but I've had no choice.
Raynauds, sero-negative RA, Primary SjS, osteopenia, degenerative disc disease, disc protrusions,stenosis, Carpal tunnel,  poly neuropathy, myoclonus, hiatal hernia, esophagitis, viral infection, Leukopenia. Restasis, Vitamin D, B12, Evoxac, Lanzoprezole, calcium acetaminophen.
