Experiences with vitamin E?

Hi,

It's me again, the one with the odd side effects.

Experimented with vitamin E for 2 weeks and am happy to say it increased eye moisture and saliva. But it also seemed to revv me up, like to a hyper state and eventually anxiety set in.

Of course the lowest available dose, 200 I.U. capsules, was ridiculously high to begin with.

Anyone else tried vitamin E?

yes Maria I am using it, no side effects, I take the solgar vit e, 4 drops

i also use solgar vit E  4 / 5 drops on whatever food, no side effects
