I, myself, could write a book about the 50 years of Sjogrens and other autoimmune diseases. Yes, it really does affect your lifestyle, but if you sit and moan and groan and feel sorry for yourself you can go through life without accomplishing anything

We don't have to accomplish big things to be worthwhile. Raising our kids well and make meals, washing clothes, keeping the household going is a huge star in anyones cap. Plus the biggest accomplishment one can ask for. Find something that you can do hobbywise for fun.

Having one or two good friends is about all that takes place these days as everyone is so busy. I know that as the years go by I have had more and more health issues that affect my quality of life and I advise anyone with chronic illness of any kind to find ways to entertain yourself and keep yourself busy, educated in anything and everything you want plus socialize when you are able. We all write out own past, present and future. Good luck to all. Irish
