solumedrol/rituxan worsened seborrheic dermatitis

Wondering if anyone has reacted with greasy oily scalp and seb derm after rituxan infusion? My rheumy says it is probably from the large dose of solumedrol given before the infusion instead of the rituxan. The infusion was a month ago and the steroid is out of my system I suppose? All I know is my hair is shedding and the dermatitis is awful. Whenever I have to do a stint of oral prednisone in large doses the seb derm goes away and my hair is very normal. I also get rid of flushing, but boy it is very bad now, especially with any sun light. Ant ideas are appreciated.
