Hi

For more than a month i am having mild right side face pain. It pains near eyebrows, eyeball, lower jaw, cheek. Kind of same area as that of trigeminal nerve.

I had same pain one year back and it resolved after taking multi vitamin tablets for 1 month.

Now the same pain has come back again. Im taking multi vitamin.

I wanted to know if some one else has faced this?

Does this sound like an early sign of trigeminal neuralgia or neuropathy or something else?

Thanks

It might be wise to see a neurologist to see if they can pinpoint a cause of your problem. I have TN. My pain seems to be in the same area as yours. It started out sporadically then progressed to a point where it was always there. An MRI ruled out a brain tumor, etc. I took Cabamazepine then Gabapentin which helped significantly with the TN and neuropathy but stopped both because each drug made me really depressed. Now, the TN pain is mostly non-existant. Hope you find a cause for your pain.

Don't rule out it being dental pain.  I have had some teeth infections that caused the whole side of my face to be in pain!
