Looks like there's hope for dry eye yet!
In the future of course...
This is will only be Phase 1...but still:
A biological drug for dry eye should be amazing!

Thanks for posting! Reading this is a great way to start my day 

Does anyone know if a biologic for dry eye will work on already severely dry eyes? Or is it something that will only benefit those in the early stages of dry eye?

My eyes are my worst symptom and I worry every day how bad they will be in 10 or 20 years because I am only 33 now...
