Joint pain all over when in bed, what could this be?

Hi,
it's been a while since i posted. Got a job this year after being a couch potato for ten years,  and is kicking my buttocks.
I got lyme two months ago, as my doctor diagnosed, due to sudden aches and pains and a rash.
finished antibiotics for lyme and now I still have joint pain. I think something messed my already messed up immune system further.
My ankles and finger joints are the ones I feel the most because these are the ones I used the most. Cake decorator job is hard on hands and I have to stand for nine hours and walk.  Actually when I started decorating I felt a bunch of carpal symptoms on hands. Now I feel weird stuff on my whole body.

Could this be from sjoegrens, lupus or RA? This is different from pain from exercise.
I lay down in bed, soon enough I feel the pain and stiffness coming in. If I wake up in the middle of the night I find my feet hands stiff, and some dull pain in every single joint of my hands, also my feet, and to a much much lesser degree on my elbows, knees.
What could this be?  I just  move and shake it a little to warm up and under three minutes the pain and stifeness is gone, or at least is reduced to near no pain, but still I feel like I'm rusty...During day time I'm moving, so I almost don't feel anything, just  tad. This sounds like something systemic. Now I just need to find a way to get an appointment sooner because my GP is on vacation.

Has this ever happen to anyone? All the sudden you started to have joint pain all over?

I don't know that much about lyme disease but many people are on antibiotics for months as it is hard to get rid of. It is possible that a lot of your symptoms are lyme or kick started by the lyme disease. I would would be checking into this if it was me. If you aren't satisfied with answers a second opinion is always good. Are you seeing infectious disease doctors?? Good luck. irish
