A natural Sj?gren's Syndrome treatment question

I've been reading about stem cells and the treatment of Sj?gren's Syndrome.  Has anyone heard of or tried the product by DigestaCure called AUTOIMMUNE X?

Just went to the website and don't see any real info about how/why it works.

Can anyone provide info with more substance?

From what I can tell it is an aloe based treatment with no clinical data or clinical trials on a large number of people.

I would say it is akin to snake oil.
