Headache like pain in chest

Here's a weird question:  Can SS cause headache pain in the chest and neck?  I still do not have a dx, but feel I have SS.  Years ago I thought I was having a heart attack.  I had such pounding pain in my chest that it hurt to move much less turn over in bed.  The doc could find nothing.  He gave me steroids and it gradually got better. But from then on I have the same pain that comes and goes, though not as severe as the first time.  It sometimes is in my neck and other times in my chest.  One doc thought it was the space between the lungs and the ribs that gets inflamed because it hurts to take a deep breath.  When I bend over it pounds like a headache would.  It's all just so frustrating.  My eyes and mouth are so dry.  To have no answers for so many years is frustrating and from reading this board, I know you all understand.  Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.  (No pun intended)
