Over the last few months I have been feeling better. I don't have the pain like I use to. I still have dry eyes but not as bad or just getting use to it LOL. I did have tremors pretty bad but not any more except internal ones when I am in bed. I am not having balance problems from my neuropathy or pain. Just feel better. I don't feel back to my old self but a lot better then I did 6 months ago. I do have tinnitus now and my Hashimoto is acting up so made need med change but that's all. I am 64 so am I just lucky to get a break for a little while? I know there is no cure but maybe  the Plaquenil is helping.
Wish all a great, pain free day and moisture for all. :-)

Great news - plaquenil took about about six months to fully kick in for me.

Hope you continue to feel ok.  Sending positive thoughts your way.

This is good news for you. Enjoy the chance to do a little more things when you are feeling better. This is the way it goes a lot of the times. It is up and down and sometimes it is up and down in one day or one afternoon. It is hard to get others to understand what we experience as they don't often see us when we are not in good shape. If we are feeling better we are out and about and don't look sick. If we don't feel well we are home on the couch and people don't see us when we are in bad pain and hardly able to walk, etc.

Also, it is nice for you to be feeling better in the winter. Makes it easier to get around and run errands. Good luck. Irish

Really happy you are feeling pretty good! My neuropathy from (presumed sjogrens) used to go through dormant times when I felt very normal - I always felt like the disease was inactive. Mine activated last June and just recently I have felt better, not 100% but better. I am on 500 mg mycopholenate (sp?) and it has been 4 months and it maybe has kicked in. So glad the plaquenil is something you can tolerate and it is helping you!

After 6 months on Plaquenil I felt much better! Then I had a little flare for a few months. Then I went about a year nearly symptom free. I would consider that a remission! I still have flares but would say that overall I am well-controlled on Plaquenil. Hope the same thing for you!

That is a good feeling, isn't it? I hope it lasts forever for you!! Winter is usually a better time for me in general. Heat and humidity are not my friend.
