For anyone who is interested my brain MRI showed no progression of small vessel disease in 18 months (exactly same imaging as last one) and my CT was "of no cause for concern" - letter of explanation/ confirmation about CT still to come. Chuffed to bits with this news as I'm just struggling to get to grips with change of diagnosis from RA to primary SS. Reading Wallace's the Sjogren's Book and, despite this 4th edition going back to 2012 - I'm finding so much in there I can relate to already.

I did want to ask about neuropathic sicca and itch. But will just leave it at this for now!

Ha ha well having just relocated to our old home I'm all sixes and sevens Anita,  but I replied and also responded to your PM. I should add that the UK SS charity have a good helpline and they will advise me on SS specialists if I feel that I am not getting the help I need. I believe the closest specialist centre is in Newcastle in England but I am hopeful that rheumatology in my new hospital (a day's travel away just now but hey ho!) has a good reputation so I won't jump the gun until I got a brick wall!
