High Free Kappa Light Chain

Looking for some feedback on this test result.  I'm waiting for the results of two more tests ordered by the neurologist but I don't know what they are. I will not be seeing him until 10/19.

Free Kappa Light Chain    3.4 mg/dl    (range 0.3 - 2.0 mg/dl)
Free Lambda Light Chain    2.1 mg/dl    (range 0.6 - 2.6 mg/dl)
Free Kappa/Lambda Ratio    1.6      (range 0.3 - 1.6)

The bit of reading I did makes me wonder whether I should be worrying about lymphoma, either now or in the future. I see that people with high light chain values have been being monitored by hematologists.

I haven't had any other bloodwork done for over a year - I stopped seeing my primary care doctor because I was dissatisfied with him, but instead of finding a new one I've just been putting it off.
