Have any of you who have degenerative disc disease, stenosis, and/or osteoarthritis in your spine found a helpful online support group that focuses on more or more of those conditions? I have significant issues with my spine, but they are not SjS related so I'm looking for a group that might be as helpful as this one has.
Raynauds, sero-negative RA, Primary SjS, osteopenia, degenerative disc disease, disc protrusions,stenosis, Carpal tunnel,  poly neuropathy, myoclonus, hiatal hernia, esophagitis, viral infection, Leukopenia. Restasis, Vitamin D, B12, Evoxac, Lanzoprezole, calcium acetaminophen.

I used to go to one at neurotalk I think it was called......when have more time will research that. I like a chiari syndrome forum website sometimes.
sjogrens, cervical stenosis, bulging cervical discs 4 level, DDS, DJD, emerging vertigo, cfs, fms, gerd, plantar fascitis, corneal erosion, some other stuff :)
not trained in medical field so just share my experience and opinions as a consumer and lay researcher trying to get more well-ness

Spine-Health.com is a good one
65 year old female with back, shoulder, neck and knee pain, dry mouth, losing teeth, dry sinuses,Blood test positive for Sjogrens. Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis .
Maloxicam, Lisinopril, Norco, misc.vitamins
4 discs in low back fused. Shoulder replaced 2015 & 2017 Need knee replaced.
4 hand surgeries

I also tried Neurotalk, but no group is like ours.  Sad, but true.
