Weird symptoms - sort of like tremors

So every night after about 5 minutes after I go to be the back of my head and neck shake side to side like I'm having a tremor. Sometimes it's pretty strong, so much so that my husband can feel it or hears me because I go oh. This might happen 2-4 times.

That is usually followed by my shoulders jumping, sometimes so strongly that again, my husband notices. It's I guess a spasm of some type and also happens about 2-4 times.

Anyone experience anything like this?

SjoGirl, it sound like a version of Essential Myoclonus.

Thanks Elaine. He's saying Myoclonus or may metabolic (he's ordered blood work) or maybe my stenosis and disc issues in my cervical spine.

Thought this was licked when I stopped taking Plaquenil (I had the same issues when I was taking it), but clearly that was not the only culprit.
