Just wondering if Sjogrens affects sweat glands? I feel like I don't sweat anymore?  Is this common?

Joe S.

Yes, it does. One day your skin is very dry. That night you may have to ring your sheets out three times that night. Eventually just dry. Then you will have to avoid the sun.

hi keelton.

My ability to sweat has diminished to nearly nothing .
I cannot take heat anymore....if anything I prefer to be cool/cold.
I no longer use a antiperspirant...just a deodorant or nothing at all.

Keelton, I feel  that Sjogrens can and does affect just about any part of us!

I am always cold really cold,  yet I cannot tolerate sitting in sunshine! I come out in rash if my skin is exposed to the air.

It's trial and error with any "cures" if there is a cure ever?  Dolly x
