Sjogren's specialists in San Antonio

I live in San Antonio and was diagnosed a few months ago with Sjogren's.  I also osteoarthritis, mostly in my hands and fingers.  Does anyone have information on doctors in San Antonio who specialize in Sjogren's Syndrome?  I'm frustrated have so many different doctors "caring" for the various symptoms that Sjogren's has.
